Structured factory visit programme matched to your requirements

Anything else you need to know

Is the tour really free?

Yes. There is no attendance fee. Haizol covers accommodation, meals, transport, translators, and the full programme, including domestic flights between Shanghai and Shenzhen for participants on the Shenzhen track. Participants are responsible for international flights, visa fees (if applicable), travel insurance, and personal expenses.

What processes and part types do the factories cover?

Custom, non-standard parts: CNC machining (3 to 5-axis), injection molding, sheet metal fabrication, die casting, investment casting, metal stamping, forging, and rapid prototyping. Visits are matched to your process needs.

Do factories pay to be on the visit list?

No. No monetary incentive is involved. Factories are selected by participant requirements, verified capabilities, and geographical location. In many cases, the factory owners attend personally.

How does the matchmaking work?

300+ verified factories in one venue. During the session, you have a VIP area and translators. You can also browse freely. Last tour: 54% of attendees met 41-60 factories.

I don't speak Mandarin. Is that a problem?

Not at all. Translators at every factory visit and matchmaking session.

Do I need a visa?

Many nationalities enter China visa-free (most EU, Japan, South Korea, Australia, NZ, many Latin American and Middle Eastern nations). Others need an M-visa (5-10 working days). Haizol provides an official invitation letter. However, visa regulations may change, please consult with your local Chinese embassy/consulate for the latest information.

Can I bring a colleague?

Yes. One hotel room per company (4-star+, max 2 people). Additional rooms may be available at extra cost.

What should I bring?

CAD files or technical drawings (STEP, IGES, DWG, PDF), sample parts if available, material specs, tolerance requirements, target quantities, and required certifications. The more specific you are, the better your factory conversations will be.

How should I plan my schedule around the tour days?

This is a full-day, intensive sourcing tour. Days typically aim to run from 8–9 AM until around 7-8 PM β€” we do our best to keep to this schedule, but return times can vary due to local traffic conditions, which are outside our control. If you have scheduled appointments β€” video calls, client meetings, or internal briefings β€” we recommend arranging them for late evening after 8 PM local China time as a buffer.

Will I have time to meet with my own suppliers or contacts during the tour?

Yes β€” but outside of scheduled tour hours. Tour days are fully committed to group factory visits, and we are unable to accommodate independent travel or side meetings during this time. Out of respect for our factory hosts and fellow participants, attendance on all scheduled days is required. The best windows for personal meetings are late evenings after the group returns to the hotel, the optional day-off on June 14 (Sunday), or before and after the tour dates entirely. All three options give you full flexibility without affecting the group schedule.

How do I get internal approval? The flight cost needs a business case.

The programme is free β€” your only company cost is the flight, travel insurance and costs for expenses outside of the programme. In one week you'll evaluate more suppliers than months of email sourcing. 92.8% satisfaction rate, 64% submitted RFQs on-site.

The June 2026 tour will fill.Don't be on the waitlist.

1-minute application. No fee. No obligation until you book your flight.
